Pay as you go: $100 an hour

That includes the drive to you
One hour minimum, even if the job takes less
After the first hour, time is billed in 30 minute blocks
If I can't fix it, you don't pay
Already a client? Your rate stays the same.

Subscription available

Tech Care Plan, $100 a month

One visit at your home each month, up to 90 minutes:

Security checks, virus scans and scam checks
Computers, phones and Wi Fi kept up to date
Time for your questions

Paid monthly by automatic payment. No minimum, cancel anytime by text. Visits within 20 miles of Watsonville. I take on a limited number of Tech Care Plan members at a time.

I build your website and keep it running, with SEO and your Google Business Profile included.

$100 a month

Nothing to pay up front
12 month minimum
As long as you stay subscribed, your price never goes up

About me

I'm Isaac Farris. I started ITF Business in Watsonville because I saw a real need. A lot of people providing tech support were unkind and dismissive, or not helpful at all, and just passed you on to the next support line. I saw it in healthcare and in technology businesses, countless times.

So I blend kindness with help. When I leave, you should feel helped, not belittled, cheated or treated wrongly.

I also love helping small businesses. I started young, helping my grandpa's business get seen online.

I'm here for the long run, to build relationships that grow with time and turn into lasting friendships.
